Digital EEG Service

Our digital EEG service is available to any and all hospitals.  Each hospital must own or have access to a digital EEG machine, not brand specific.  We are able to process any brand of digital EEG and/or sleep equipment.  This is the easiest and quickest way to receive your EEG reports the same day.

TELEMEDX accounts must have internet access in order to use our service.   Each department will prep the patient, perform the EEG and then upload the file to TELEMEDX’s servers.   Once you are an account with TELEMEDX, we will assign you a username and password. You will use both of these items to gain access to our servers, which are available 24/7. There is no need to schedule an appointment. Simply go to our website, log in with username and password and upload the file(s).  A typical EEG file is between 12-30MB and will take anywhere from 2-5minutes to upload.  Once we receive your EEG, TELEMEDX will collect, process, dictate and transcribe a report and have it back to you in our guaranteed 24-hour window.  Our turnaround time for a standard EEG on a normal business day is 3-5 hours.

  (A) NO, you can use our service as much as you desire

  (A) NO, you own your equipment.

  (A) NO, you will never need to schedule a test, upload your files at anytime.
• (Q) How often will we be billed?
  (A) You will receive a bill at the end of every month.
